Our Mission
LEAD, or Legal Education Association for Diversity, is an organization dedicated providing little to no cost resources to individuals thinking about whether or not they would like to attend law school. LEAD promotes brotherhood/sisterhood among driven students of all backgrounds interested in law by creating strong relationships, mentorships, community involvement, resources, and providing information to facilitate the transition between college and law school.
We understand that the law school application process is daunting and expensive. With our services, we hope to provide you with a sense of comfort that you are not alone in this process and that with knowledge of the resources that you can achieve this feat. For over ten years, LEAD has helped dozens of students with their path to law school with some even currently attending the top law schools in the nation.

Zoom Meetings
LEAD has moved to virtual events and meetings hosted on Zoom. Add us on Facebook, Instagram, and Shoreline to stay informed on future scheduled events/meetings!
Zoom Tutorials
We have included some basic Zoom tutorials to get you familiar with the program. You might find these to be important as most school activities will be held on Zoom including: classes, office hours, organization activities/meetings, and more.
LocationLEAD @ UCSB is located at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Meetings are held every Monday from 7:00-8:00 PM in the Chicanx/Latinx Cultural Resource Center (CLCRC) in the SRB.
