Remote Learning
Remote learning means that all communication with professors, teaching assistants, and classmates will be done online. UCSB instruction has once again transitioned to remote learning in Winter 2022 until further notice. Depending on your instructor, you might have live classes (scheduled at the intended class time on GOLD) or pre-recorded (must watch instructional videos on your own time). Here is a comprehensive list of resources to help you transition to remote learning.
Ways to Stay Motivated and On Track
- Set up a designated study space with the necessary materials.
- Create a weekly study plan.
> You can use a physical planner, Google Calendar, or other apps.
- Break up your studying into short sessions distributed across time to avoid cramming.
- Figure out your learning style inventory (audio, visual, kinesthetic)
